In March of 2022, Broker-Owner Meghan Heckmann launched Insource Real Estate with a clear vision: to build a collaborative, investor-focused brokerage that bridges the gap between agents, contractors, and opportunity.
After scaling a successful operation in St. Louis, Meghan returned home to Pittsburgh, where she now serves as Broker for Crown Homes Real Estate across Pennsylvania, Maryland, and New Jersey. Her work is rooted in helping buyers, sellers, and investors navigate real estate with a strategic, investor-savvy mindset—paired with a design-forward approach that maximizes both value and experience.

Outside of real estate, you’ll find me strength training at the gym, loving my aunt era, and pretending I’m Rachel Ray from 30 min. meals in the kitchen. I like to dive into design projects that let my creativity shine as well.
